Pastor Dimver Andales Receives Subpoena, Faces Case Over Death of Adriane Rovic Fornillos

Here’s an update on the case of Adriane Rovic Fornillos involving Pastor Dimver Andales

DIMVER ANDALES – The Lapasan Baptist Church Bishop, along with four other respondents, faces murder charges in connection with the death of Mr. Cagayan de Oro 2023 candidate Adrian Rovic Fornillos.

This was confirmed by Atty. Dale Bryan Mordeno, the lawyer of the Fornillos family. He mentioned that among the five respondents in the murder case, two were identified as having associations with Andales. It’s worth noting that several months were spent on building the case to establish what is called “reasonable certainty of conviction” against the accused in the crime.

Previously, Pastor Dimver Andales vehemently denied being the “sugar daddy” of Fornillos’ girlfriend, Jone Orog. The pastor insisted that he could not commit such an act.

On the other hand, according to Bombo Radyo, Andales’ camp is pleased that Fornillos’ case has reached the prosecutor’s office. Atty. Rhobert Maestre, his lawyer, stated that this is because they can now have a proper opportunity to prove that all accusations against his client are not true. Maestre emphasized that they respect the prosecutor’s work as it provides them with a basis to include Andales in the process of resolving the case.

To recall, it was in May of this year, that the male pageant contestant from Cagayan de Oro lost his life after being shot in the head. Fornillos, a vibrant 24-year-old, had just finished his workout and was heading to a friend’s place for a rehearsal for the Mr. CDO 2023 competition. Unfortunately, fate dealt him a harsh blow.

As Adrian parked his motorcycle and was about to get off, an unknown person approached him and demanded that he remove his helmet. Out of nowhere, the attacker suddenly fired a fatal shot, hitting Adrian in the head. Swiftly, the assailant escaped by boarding a “bao-bao” tricab.
