A male netizen has shared his comical photo mishap while touring Istanbul, Turkey, saying “Hindi man lang sinabi, ang daming tissue sa noo ko'”
A Facebook user named Jonathan Ronquillo Baleos has shared a photo of himself at Basilica Cistern in Istanbul, Turkey. The post quickly circulates online and garnered reactions from the social media users.
Baleos requested a foreigner to take his photo without realizing he had a series of tissues adorning his forehead. He queued up and waited for nearly 2 hours under the scorching sun to enter the Basilica Cistern.
“Pumila ako nun sa para makapasok Basicila Cistern. It was a long que bago ka makapasok at makabili ng ticket sa ticketing booth. Pumila almost 2 hours na tirik na tirik ang araw mga 2pm dun sa Istanbul,” Baelos said.
Jonathan forgot to bring any hankies or face towels and just used the toilet paper he bought from the hotel. He was wiping away his sweat while waiting in line. As he entered the Basilica, he politely asked a passerby to take him pictures because he was on a solo trip.
“I forgot to bring any hankies or face towels and meron lng ako was Toilet paper na dinala ko from the hotel sa pocket ko. So habang nakapila ako nagpupunas ako pawis. Nung pumasok na ako sa Basilica, nakakamangha. Pangit yung selfie lang, so nakisuyo ako dun maki-picture kasi solo trip lng ako,” he added.
The foreign national took numerous photos, but he was in for a surprise when he discovered that in every shot, he had tissues stuck to his forehead.
