Keep in mind that your buy orders are being processed over a standard number of days so you will not immediately receive it. Aside from this, the NAVPU (Net Asset Value Per Unit) used for the fund is not reflected real time.
Here’s how to place a buy order on GCash’s investment marketplace feature:
First, you need to open your GCash app, tap “GInvest”, choose “GFunds”, and tap “Buy” on your GFunds dashboard.
From there, you need to tap on the fund you wish to invest on, tap “Buy”, and input the amount that you want to invest on with your selected fund. Tap “Next” to proceed to the next step.
The next thing to do is to review the details of your investment and tap “Confirm” once done. After that, you will be redirected to a page to confirm your successful transactions.
