Bea Alonzo on Dennis Trillo: “He’s really a gentleman. Never siya na-late sa set. He knows all his lines. Alam niya kung anong gagawin niya.”
BEA ALONZO – The “Love Before Sunrise” actress recently shared what she discovered about her co-star Dennis Trillo.
“Love Before Sunrise” is a collaboration between VIU Philippines and GMA Network. The show will start streaming in VIU on September 23 and will premiere on GMA Telebabad on September 25.
It was last September 16 when a special screening of the show’s pilot episode was held at SM Megamall Cinema 2.
Bea noted at the press conference after the program that she admired Dennis more after seeing his discipline when it comes to their craft. She added that the actor knows how to identify what role would best fit him.
But what further struck her was how the actor has high regard for the people he works with. The actress even pointed out an incident that shows his punctuality.
“May time, nakakatawa, galing kami ng taping the day prior. Tapos sobrang traffic dun sa Tagaytay kasi holiday. Tapos dumating siya sa call time. Lahat kami, pati yung production people, wala pa. Siya lang naka-anticipate ng traffic,” Bea said about Dennis. “Ganun siya ka-professional, ten steps ahead [mag-isip].”
For his part, Dennis Trillo explained that he’s just being considerate of Bea Alonzo’s talent and time as well.
Bea also shared that her role in “Love Before Sunrise” is different from her past projects. According to her, there are moments or scenes that she draw in her personal life, which she didn’t know how to do before because she has not yet learned that from her personal life.
Dennis, for his part, maintained that despite his vast experience as an actor, taking on a new role is challenging.
