Here’s the message of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy about Pura Luka Vega
PASTOR APOLLO QUIBOLOY – The founder of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC) said drag artist Pura Luka Vega should supposedly be crucified.
The drag performer made headlines due to a video of him performing a remix version of the Filipino Lord’s Prayer, “Ama Namin,” while dressed as Jesus Christ. As a result, he was heavily criticized by the public including politicians and renowned personalities, and was even declared “Persona Non Grata” in several LGUs.
According to Kingdom of Jesus Christ Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, Pura Luka Vega should supposedly be crucified. Quiboloy also mentioned that Vega supposedly resembles Judas.
“Ginaya niya si Jesus Christ tapos binago niya yung Lord’s Prayer, dapat ipako natin siya. Pangalawa, kamukha siya ni Hudas kaya kailangan magbigti na rin siya. Yan lang ang dalawang kalalagyan niya,” he said. The religious leader also claimed that he was just trying to catch everyone’s attention.

Meanwhile, according to Pura Luka Vega, he’s open to a dialogue, yet cities have been declaring him persona non grata. He noted: “Tell me EXACTLY what I did wrong. I’m open for a dialogue and yet cities have been declaring persona non grata without even knowing me or understanding the intent of the performance. Drag is art. You judge me yet you don’t even know me.”
