MARVIN AGUSTIN – Here’s what the actor-turned-restaurateur said when he was asked if he is single.
The actor currently owns several restaurant concepts in NCR – including Cochi by Marvin, Kondwi, Mr.VinMunchies, and Secret Kitchen, among others.
Marvin appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he opened up about his relationship status.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Marvin said that his heart is currently happy and he even rated a “10” when he was asked asked how happy his heart is now. But when Tito Boy asked him, “Yes or no, are you single?” he said that he’s “not single”.
According to him, he’s open about his love life with his twin sons with Tetet Dy — Sebastian and Santiago.
“Nagkukwentuhan kami about everything so alam nila kailan ako maligayang maligaya, at kung kelan ako malungkot,” Marvin said.
In the same interview, he looked back on his experience working as a waiter for Mexican restaurant “Tia Maria’s” before he got into the showbiz industry.
The actor recalled that he was so happy doing his job as a waiter that he was rejecting showbiz offers. He also said that aside from providing customers with their needs, he and other waiters need to dance whenever they serve a glass of margarita at that time.
Marvin then shared that he still reminds himself of an advice that was given to him early on despite what he has achieved now as a restaurant owner.
“‘Wag na ‘wag mong kakalimutan ‘yung experience mo ngayon because magiging sandata mo ‘yan pag medyo nagiging complacent ka na sa buhay,” Marvin recalled.
