Kris Aquino: “We were very much together then BUT whether we can make the journey together reach the finish line”
KRIS AQUINO – The Queen of All Media recently disclosed that she gave Mark Leviste a ring symbolizing their “love, friendship, and fidelity”.
It can be recalled that Kris made public last May 18 her relationship with a certain “Marc”, who was later confirmed to be Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste. The former actress-host then disclosed in July that she had asked Mark for a “pause” in their relationship before he left California to return to the Philippines.
Kris later revealed that she chose to end her relationship with Mark because he had “many dreams left to fulfill” and “many obligations” to his constituents in Batangas.
On Instagram, fan account “Kris Aquino World” posted a photo where Leviste can be seen wearing the “trinity ring” in one of his recent social media posts. The fan account also cited netizen comments in Leviste’s post, speculating that the said ring was from Kris Aquino.
Kris then responded to a fan account by talking about the ring she gave to Mark. According to her, the reason why she gave Marc (referring to Mark Leviste) the ring was because it symbolizes their “love, friendship, and fidelity” that will remain whether they “make the journey together” or not.
The former actress-host then admitted that with her 5 autoimmune conditions, the odds of her “getting to the point of remission” are very much against her. She also said that this is the reason why she’s “learning to be grateful” every day and why she has been “[avoiding] discussing the future”.
In a separate comment on the same Instagram post, Kris said that they’re trying their best to make what they have work. She added that a lot of her motivation comes from the fact that she and her children Josh and Bimby feel genuine affection and concern for Mark’s daughter and his youngest C2.
“The old me would be messaging Vice Gov. Marc (it’s really with a C) to argue with him on why he couldn’t keep this private, but I’ve learned to accept him in his totality in the same way that he has learned to accept me for me,” she said.
The Queen of All Media also underscored how she’s “very blessed” because she has a good relationship with Mark’s children despite the difficulty for children to get along with their respective parent’s new partner and his/her children.
For his part, Mark responded to Kris Aquino’s comment by saying “I (light blue heart emoji) you” to her.
