Comedian-singer Jerald Napoles was involved in a vehicular accident while heading home after watching a basketball game.
The boyfriend of Kim Molina had just come from the Philippine Arena after witnessing the game between the Dominican Republic and Gilas Pilipinas at the FIBA World Cup 2023 when his car was struck by a truck.

JERALD NAPOLES – The comedian-singer was involved in a vehicular accident.
The comedian turned to the social networking site, Facebook, where he shared the details of the accident. According to him, he was driving home after watching the game between Gilas Pilipinas and the Dominican Republic in the FIBA World Cup when the accident occurred.
Even though the Philippine team lost, he still enjoyed watching the game. However, while driving home, a truck collided with his car. The front part of his car was pushed up, and the situation worsened when the truck entered his lane. He was unable to move due to the truck’s continuous movement.
Despite having another passenger with him, the truck driver seemed unaware of the collision. Napoles decided to halt the truck and engage in a conversation with the driver. He recorded their conversation in a video. Rather than becoming excessively upset about the incident, Napoles chose to let it go. He believed the driver might not have enough money to cover the repair costs.
“In short, I know that the only solution to the collision is to have it fixed… If I complain and insist on making the driver pay, he will surely deduct it from his salary… Instead of a solution, it would just add to the problems,” he said.
Napoles’ girlfriend, Kim Molina, left a comment expressing the importance of cautious driving for everyone’s safety. As of now, Napoles is okay.
It can be recalled that Vice Ganda was recently involved in a car accident. The comedian was heading to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) to meet his co-host, Vhong Navarro. They were reportedly on their way to the birthday party of actor Wendell Ramos.
