Justice has yet to be achieved in the killing of Adriane Rovic Fornillos

ADRIANE ROVIC FORNILLOS – Three months ago since he was shot in the head, justice has still not been achieved in the killing of Mr. Cagayan de Oro 2023 Lapasan candidate.

It was in May this year when the male pageant contestant from the city of Cagayan de Oro lost his life after being shot in the head. Ornillos, a lively 24-year-old, had completed his gym session and was on his way to a friend’s house for a rehearsal in preparation for the Mr. CDO 2023 competition. However, destiny took a cruel turn for him.

As Adrian parked his motorcycle and prepared to dismount, an unidentified person approached him and demanded that he remove his helmet. Without any warning, the assailant suddenly fired a fatal shot, hitting Adrian in the head. Swiftly, the perpetrator fled the scene by hopping onto a tricab.
