Jak Roberto: “Sa nasendan po ng video greet namin, please do not entertain po!”
JAK ROBERTO – The Kapuso actor recently reminded the public to be careful against scammers who are using his name.
The actor, who is currently in a relationship with actress Barbie Forteza, has appeared in several Kapuso shows throughout his career — including “Kara Mia,” “Bolera,” and “Contessa,” among many others.
It was last May when he and his girlfriend celebrated their 6th anniversary as a couple by having a dinner date. They also exchanged words for each other to mark their special day at that time.
Jak posted on Instagram Stories where he reminded his followers to be careful against scammers who are using his name for what seemed to be a “celebrity video greeting service” in exchange for a fee.
The actor issued the warning on Instagram Stories as he posted a screenshot of the scammer who was using his name for the offensive gesture. He even revealed the scammer’s modus operandi.
According to him, scammers would get the number of artists, while claiming that scammers got the number from other artists, and then scammers would request for a video greeting in in events as some sort of a “raket”.

Jak went on to tell his followers not to give out their “down payment” immediately. He noted that those people who received some sort of video greetings from artists should ignore the messages immediately.
“Paalala lang po: Wag po kayo basta basta magbibigay ng down payment sa mga scammer na gumagamit ng video greeting ng celebrity!” he said. “Sa nasendan po ng video greeting namin pls do not entertain po!”
