IVANA ALAWI – The actress vlogger was thrilled about a possible kissing scene with actor-heartthrob Joshua Garcia.
It was just recently that Ivana signed a new contract with ABS-CBN. During the renewal of her contract, she was asked about which Kapamilya stars she would like to work with in the future. She expressed her desire to work with artists who have shown excellence in acting for a teleserye.
Host Robi Domingo couldn’t help but tease Ivana about a possible project with Joshua, especially when it comes to a kissing scene. Ivana laughed and replied, “Trabaho po.”
Robi continued to playfully tease Ivana, asking if she would feel nervous about doing a kissing or intimate scene with the “Unbreak My Heart” actor. Ivana smiled and said, “Parang mas kakabahan siya.” It can be recalled that in 2021, Ivana admitted that Joshua is her showbiz crush.
Meanwhile, Ivana, whose real name is Mariam Sayed Sameer Marbella Al-Alawi is a Filipina-Moroccan actress, model, and YouTuber. She has gained recognition as one of the most influential social media personalities of her time.
Her career began when she participated in the sixth season of GMA-7’s StarStruck in 2015, where she made it to the top 22 contestants. Following her appearance on the show, she signed with GMA Artist Center. In 2018, Ivana appeared as Rina in ABS-CBN’s Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Araw Gabi. She later had notable roles in popular television shows such as Ang Probinsyano and Sino ang Maysala?: Mea Culpa.
On the other hand, Joshua Garcia is an actor, dancer, and commercial model. He gained fame through the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: All In in 2015 and went on to deliver critically acclaimed performances in movies like “Vince and Kath and James” and TV series like “The Good Son.” Joshua has starred in various TV shows and films, including “The Greatest Love,” “Ngayon at Kailanman,” “The Killer Bride,” and “Darna.”
