The said feature is not available on PC, but it’s available on Android and iPhone devices.
Here’s a step-by-step process on how to create a reel on Facebook:
The first step to either record a video on the app or choose photos or video clips you want to use in your reel. For this step, you can start your reel by recording clips, or by adding photos or videos on your Android or iPhone device.
To do this, you need to tap the three-line icon on your feed, select “See More”, and choose “Reels”.
The Second step to do is to edit your reel. For this step, you can edit the videos or photos once you’ve added them to your reel and you can also add effects and options to your reel. To do this, you need to tap “Edit”, select the clip you would like to change, and choose how you would like to edit it.
Once done, the last step to do is to share your reel. For this step, you can add additional information and also choose who to share it with.
To do this, you need to tap “Describe your reel” to add descriptions or hashtags you want to add. Adding a description to your reel is optional. After that, you need to tap “More Options” and choose “See More” if the audience you would like to share with doesn’t appear.
However, you can’t select a public audience if your profile is locked.
