Bea Alonzo on Alden Richards: “Nagkaroon kami ng sama ng loob but hindi kami nag-away”
BEA ALONZO – The Kapuso actress confirmed she had “samaan ng loob” with Alden Richards.
Bea Alonzo, whose full name is Phylbert Angellie Ranollo Fagestrom, is an actress who gained fame through her notable roles in various television dramas and films. Bea has appeared in several critically acclaimed movies, including “One More Chance,” “The Mistress,” and “Four Sisters and a Wedding.” She has received numerous awards and nominations for her acting prowess, solidifying her status as one of the country’s top actresses.
On the other hand, Alden Richards, whose real name is Richard Reyes Faulkerson Jr., is an actor-host who gained popularity after winning the reality TV show “Protégé: The Battle For The Big Artista Break” in 2012. Alden’s breakthrough role came in the romantic drama series “Destined to Be Yours,” where he starred alongside Maine Mendoza as part of the popular AlDub love team. He has since appeared in various television shows and films, showcasing his acting skills and charm.
Bea was interviewed once again on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”. She appeared on the show to promote the show, “Battle of the Judges” hosted by Alden Richards. During the interview, she confirmed that she had a misunderstanding with Alden Richards while they were taping the series “Start-Up PH,” a Filipino adaptation of a South Korean series.
Boy directly asked Bea if it was true that she and Alden had a rift. Their “rift” is said to be the reason why their first movie together was canceled.
Bea said, “Nagkaroon kami ng sama ng loob but hindi kami nag-away.” We have different backgrounds. I think nagkaroon lang ng mga misunderstandings while on set. But we were able to talk about it. I remember we were on the plane going to Davao while we were promoting ‘Start-Up PH’, pinag-usapan namin like mature people and we were able to sort things out.”
