Rita Daniela: “Yes, naghiwalay po kami ng tatay ni Uno”
RITA DANIELA – The actress-singer recently spoke about her breakup with her non-showbiz partner after four years of being together.
To recall, it was last September 2022 when a report said that the actress-singer broke up with the father of her first child, Uno. The actress-singer denied the claims at that time, saying that she has chosen to keep her pregnancy journey and her personal life private.
Rita appeared on June 15 episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where she finally confirmed that she has broken up with her non-showbiz partner.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Rita said that she and her ex-partner have been together for four years. The actress-singer also shared that they tried their best but it didn’t work out.
According to her, she and her ex-partner remain friends and are doing their best to co-parent their first child.
“Yes, naghiwalay po kami ng tatay ni Uno,” she told the King of Talk. “We really tried our best just like everybody else but it didn’t work out. Pero ang maganda diyan, we’re very good friends. We’re doing our best to co-parent Uno.”

Rita also said that she’s “proud” of herself and her ex-partner despite their breakup because they made sure to end their relationship on good terms.
In the same interview, the actress-singer was asked if she’s ready to fall in love again after breaking up with her non-showbiz partner.
The actress-singer said that it’s “one of her dreams” to find someone to tie the knot, but opening her heart to someone new will take time as her focus is to be a better person and to be the best mother to her son.
It was last December 2022 when Rita gave birth to her first child, Uno.
