Rita Daniela: “I am a private person. People close to me know that.”
RITA DANIELA — The actress-singer recently opened up about her pregnancy as well as the father of her unborn child.
Rita opened up about her pregnancy and the father of her baby after announcing her pregnancy on All-Out Sundays’ June 26 episode.
The actress told Nelson Canlas in an interview on GMA News’ “24 Oras” that although her pregnancy was unplanned, she’s happy and accepted it wholeheartedly.
She also said that her pregnancy is “perfect timing” which served as her inspiration in order for her to see her self-worth.
“Am I enough? Was I good? Was I great? That has always been my struggle. But this blessing reminded me na, no I won’t feel that anymore,” Rita said. “Because I will have someone, that whatever I do, I may fail or not. But that someone will see me and he or she will love me with all of his heart.“
According to her, it was her best friend and her family who first knew about her pregnancy.
When asked about the father of her baby, Rita said that her non-showbiz boyfriend is the biological father of her child. She said that she decided not to share anything about her partner and their relationship.
“It’s my decision not to share anything about us, about him to everyone because he’s not a showbiz personality. He’s a private person and our relationship has always been private,” she said. “I am a private person. People close to me know that.”

To recall, actor Ken Chan wrote a message for Rita and it earned mixed reactions from netizens.
While some netizens showed their support for the Kapuso actor, other netizens were saddened after learning that Ken Chan is not the father of Rita Daniela’s baby.
