Reaction of Makagago to Awra Biguela’s arrest
MAKAGAGO – The social media personality reacted to the issue involving Awra Briguela, who was arrested following a brawl outside a bar in Makati.
In the early hours of Thursday, around 5 a.m., the well-known Kapamilya star was apprehended by authorities following an alleged disturbance at the Bolt Hole Bar in Poblacion, Makati. A video surfaced showing Briguela engaged in a physical altercation with an individual named Mark Christian Ravana and his companions.
According to the Southern Police District (SPD), Briguela and her friends approached Ravana and demanded that he remove his shirt. When Ravana declined, Briguela purportedly pursued him and forcibly tore his shirt, leading to an intense verbal altercation that escalated with the involvement of Briguela’s associates.
In response, Ravana and Angelo Nino Gulmatico, a bouncer at the bar, sought assistance from the Poblacion Police Substation, prompting a swift response from the officers. However, Briguela resisted arrest and allegedly used offensive language while the police endeavored to place her in handcuffs, as depicted in the widely circulated video.
Nevertheless, Briguela’s friend, content creator Zayla Nakajima, contradicted the assertions made by Ravana and Gulmatico in a now-deleted Facebook post. Nakajima contended that Ravana had attempted to s*xually harass her, and Briguela was merely defending Nakajima and their group. Briguela is presently in custody and will remain detained until the inquest proceedings occur. She is facing multiple charges, including physical injuries, causing alarm and sc@ndal, disobedience to authority, and direct assault.
Meanwhile, Makagago, whose real name is Mark Jayson Warnakulahewa, reacted to the issue involving Awra. According to him, he was saddened by how the police treated the Kapamilya talent.
