EAT BULAGA – A winner of a segment of the noontime show, who was overwhelmed after winning cash prizes, thanked the former hosts of the show: Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, also known as TVJ.
Eat Bulaga is a popular noontime variety show. It has been on the air since 1979 and is one of the longest-running television programs in the country. It was on May 31 until June 4, 2023, when the live production of the show was suspended following the departure of the original hosts; Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon. Other hosts of the show – Paolo Ballesteros, Jose Manalo, Maine Mendoza, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Wally Bayola, Ryan Agoncillo, and Allan K., together with other production members (cameramen, writers, sales), later filed their resignation.
On June 5, 2023, the show resumed its live programming, with a new set of hosts namely; Alexa Miro, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Cassy Legaspi, Mavy Legaspi, Paolo Contis, Kimpoy Feliciano, Dasuri Choi and Isko Moreno.
