When Ravana refused, Briguela reportedly chased after him and forcefully tore his shirt, triggering a heated verbal exchange that escalated with the involvement of Briguela’s associates.
In response, Ravana and Angelo Nino Gulmatico, a bouncer at the bar, sought help from the Poblacion Police Substation, prompting a swift response from the officers. However, Briguela resisted arrest and allegedly used offensive language as the police tried to handcuff him, as seen in the widely circulated video.
