Xian Lim on “KimXi” love team: “That was the hard for me because …”
XIAN LIM – The actor recently shared the reason why leaving the “KimXi” love team is hard for him.
Aside from this, the actor also talked about exploring projects with other partners onscreen. He is one of the stars of romance-drama “Sa Muli” where he is paired with actress Ryza Cenon.
Xian said in an interview with ABS-CBN News that it wasn’t initially easy for him when he decided to work with other leading ladies after his love team with real-and-reel partner, actress Kim Chiu.
The actor shared that he and his partner have talked about working with other artists and they decided “not to work together as often”. However, he admitted that parting ways with her when it comes to work was “healthy” for the two of them.
“We came to terms with that maybe we had to pause and work with others to be able to grow individually. That was the hard for me because we got to work with each other and we would miss each other,” he said. “We are not just love team partners, we are also in a relationship. So we really had to talk about it.”

According to a report on ABS-CBN News, it’s the first time for Xian Lim and Ryza Cenon to work together on “Sa Muli” but the two of them didn’t have a hard time adjusting on each other.
The actor shared that he enjoyed working with her, adding that she “always had her game face on”.
Meanwhile, director Fifth Solomon said that Xian and Ryza are “both collaborative as actors” as the two of them know the right attack to their respective roles. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the movie wrapped up filming in February 2022 and is now showing in cinemas.
