Tito Sotto Declined an Interview with Boy Abunda?

Ogie Diaz’s source claimed Tito Sotto declined an interview with Boy Abunda

TITO SOTTO and BOY ABUNDA – A source of Ogie Diaz claimed that the former senator declined an interview with the “King of Talk.”

The source revealed that Sotto’s camp felt that Abunda’s questions during his interview with Bullet Jalosjos, Chief Finance Officer of TAPE Inc, were biased. The source added that Abunda and Jalosjos may have talked beforehand about the interview.

“Choice daw ni tito sen na ‘wag magpa-interview kay Kuya boy,” Ogie said. “‘Yun lang ang nakarating sa atin. Na feeling daw ng kampo ng TVJ, parang masyadong pabor ang mga tanong ni Kuya Boy kay Bullet. Parang before handa daw parang nag-usap si Bullet at si Kuya Boy,” he added.

However, talent manager Ogie Diaz said that it is normal for hosts to get to know their interviewees beforehand so that the interview can go smoothly. He added that Abunda would still try to get the other side’s perspective even if they decline an interview.

Sotto’s decision not to be interviewed by Abunda may surprise many, given that Abunda is known for his compelling interviews. Some speculated that Sotto may have had personal reasons for not wanting to be interviewed by Abunda.
