Sunshine Cruz: “It’s an honor to work with Mr. Cesar Montano”
SUNSHINE CRUZ AND CESAR MONTANO – The two appear to have moved past their previous differences, as Cruz recently expressed her openness to collaborating with her ex-husband on future projects.
During an impromptu interview with reporters, Cruz shared that she was offered a role in Montano’s upcoming project. This discussion took place while they were seated together for nearly three hours during their child’s graduation. She revealed that Montano is considering her for a part in the project, and she sees no reason why she shouldn’t consider it.
While Cruz admitted that she is unaware of the specifics of Montano’s upcoming project, she emphasized that it would be an honor for her to work alongside him. She expressed her admiration for Montano‘s acting skills and stated that if her schedule permits, she would gladly accept the opportunity to collaborate with him.
Furthermore, Cruz mentioned that she and Montano are on good terms, emphasizing that time has allowed them both to heal. She pointed out that their amicable relationship is evident in the photos they have taken together. After ten years, Cruz believes that wounds eventually heal, and she firmly believes in the healing power of time.
Cruz’s statement comes several weeks after it was revealed that Montano spent Mother’s Day with both his ex-wife and their child at a Japanese restaurant in Muntinlupa City. This development was disclosed by Dolly Carvajal, a columnist for the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
The former couple, who were married for 13 years, finalized their annulment in September 2018 after a nearly four-year-long legal process.
