Indian national arrested after being involved in carnapping
CARNAPPING – An Indian national has been arrested in connection with the theft of a dump truck in Camiling, Tarlac.

Meanwhile, an Indian national has been arrested in connection with the theft of a dump truck in Camiling, Tarlac. The Camiling Police conducted a follow-up operation after receiving a report of a missing Isuzu dump truck owned by Elpidio Dela Cruz.
The stolen vehicle was later found in Brgy. Tambungan under the alleged ownership of Ropinder Singh, also known as Jaani Singh, residing in Mangatarem, Pangasinan. The suspect was apprehended, and the recovered dump truck was handed over to the Camiling Police for further action.
