It is a type of physical theater that originated in France in the early 20th century and has since spread to other countries around the world.
Street mime artists typically perform in public spaces such as parks, sidewalks, and city squares, using their skills to capture the attention of passersby and create a moment of wonder or laughter. The performances often involve props such as invisible boxes or ropes, and can range from comedic to dramatic in tone. Street mime art requires a high degree of physical control and expression, as well as creativity and improvisation skills.
