Christopher de Leon: “Nasangla na ‘yung bahay, nabangga na ‘yung mga kotse ko. I had zero balance in the bank.”

CHRISTOPHER DE LEON – The veteran actor said that he once “lost everything” and admitted that he was once blinded by fame.

The actor said in an interview with Korina Sanchez that this happened during the peak of his career in showbiz when he was younger, to the point that film producers shied away from him because he “became a headache”.

Christopher also said that he was rowdy and obnoxious at that time and that lasted for 5-7 years. He added that he decided to change his ways when he realized what was happening.

The veteran actor was also asked about his inspiration in his recovery.

Mga anak ko, aside from a lot of things. Kailangan mo mag-survive eh,” he said. “You have a family. Mare-realize mo that you are fortunate to have all of this and you’re just throwing it away. Hindi puwede. Hindi tama.
