Willie Revillame resigned from ALLTV?
WILLIE REVILLAME – One of the most prominent figures in the Philippine entertainment industry has reportedly resigned from his position as a creative head at ALLTV of AMBS 2.
This was announced by veteran entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin in their YouTube vlog called “Showbiz Now Na” with co-hosts Wendell Alvarez and Romel Chika.
As expected, the announcement has stirred a lot of buzz and speculation about the reason behind his alleged resignation. In the vlog, Fermin explained that Revillame’s departure from GMA 7 was motivated by his gratitude to the Villar family, who he credits for giving him a house and lot during his Wowowee days.
However, it seems that his creative endeavors at ALLTV may have come to an end, leaving many of his fans wondering what his next move will be. According to Romel Chika, Revillame may have resigned because of a failed business venture or because he felt he was drowning in the responsibilities of running the network.
Cristy also shared her opinion, stating that she believes Willie Revillame will be fine. She also added that if he decides to return to GMA 7, it is possible that he will be accepted back since he left the network on good terms.
The discussion also touched on the possibility of Revillame rebranding himself. Cristy claimed that the Wowowin host has a brilliant mind and can always come up with new ideas to reinvent himself. The co-hosts, on the other hand, agreed that Revillame is a resilient person and has bounced back from career setbacks before.
