Nanny Arrested After Bringing her Employer’s 2-Months Old Baby to Meet her Boyfriend

Nanny detained for bringing the baby of her employer without their consent during her meeting her boyfriend

JANEN NACORDA – A 19-year-old nanny is facing serious charges after bringing her employer’s 2-month-old baby with her while meeting her boyfriend in Cebu.

Nacorda has been accused of disregarding the safety of the infant, leading to complaints from the baby’s parents and legal consequences for the young nanny. The incident took place in the City of Naga, Southern Cebu, where Nacorda met her boyfriend.

However, her actions sparked panic for the baby’s parents as they initially thought that Nacorda had stolen their child when she suddenly went missing. It was later revealed that she had taken the baby along with her during her rendezvous with her boyfriend.

Despite Nacorda’s explanation that she brought the baby because no one else was available to take care of the child while she went out, the parents decided to press charges against her for endangering their baby’s safety. Meeting her boyfriend was not considered a valid reason for disregarding her responsibilities as a nanny and potentially putting the baby at risk.

Lieutenant Colonel William Homoc of Naga City Police confirmed Nacorda’s explanation, stating, “Magkikita dapat sila ng boyfriend niya para mag gala. Kaya dinala niya ‘yung sanggol kasi walang mag-aalaga kapag umalis siya,”. However, despite her explanation, Nacorda still faces the consequences of her actions.

The authorities later found Nacorda waiting for her boyfriend at her friend’s house, and she has since apologized for her actions. However, the charges against her still stand, and she will have to face the legal repercussions of disregarding the safety and well-being of the baby entrusted to her care.
