Xander Arizala on Gena Mago: “Nakilala ko po siya sa isang show — sa TV, sa isang palabas”
XANDER ARIZALA – Social media personality Xander Arizala and content creator Gena Mago recently shared how their love story started.
The couple appeared on PUSH’s “PUSH Bets Live” episode on its YouTube channel.
In an interview, the social media personality said that he first met his partner after watching her dressing up as a human doll on a TV show. He shared that he’s afraid of big dolls.
According to him, he stalked Gena’s social media account after she was introduced by her manager during that time.
“Pagtingin ko po sa profile niya, kasi nga nagte-trending siya dahil ‘yun nga ‘yung napapanood sa TV, ini-stalk ko siya,” Xander said. “And then dun na nag-start. ‘Uy, maganda pala siya.’ Ayun na, nagcha-chat na kami.”
Gena, for her part, shared that she got to know Xander very well when they worked together on a short film for her YouTube channel.

She admitted that she had doubts about Xander at first because of the issues he had in the past, adding that even her family was against her relationship with the social media personality at first. But that changed when she and her family got to know him more.
In the same interview, Xander shared how his life changed after becoming a father to his first child. It was last December 29, 2022 when he and Gena welcomed baby Xeres Isaiah M. Arizala.
“Ang daming nagbago sa akin na ginagawa ko before na hindi ko na magawa ngayon,” he said.
