TikToker Accidentally Meets Simple Plan Frontman While Waiting for Twice-Delayed Flight
A lady TikToker cries tears of joy after meeting Simple Plan frontman Pierre Bouvier while waiting for her twice-delayed flight.
Simple Plan is a Canadian rock band that formed in Montreal in 1999. The band consists of lead vocalist Pierre Bouvier, guitarists Jeff Stinco and Sébastien Lefebvre, bassist David Desrosiers, and drummer Chuck Comeau.
The band has become known for their catchy pop-punk sound and relatable lyrics, which often explore themes of teenage angst, heartbreak, and growing up. In addition to their music, the group has also become known for their philanthropy and activism.

Recently, Richie Anne Castillo-Tan, a TikTok user, shed tears of happiness while taking a picture with Pierre Bouvier, the frontman of the Canadian rock group Simple Plan, while waiting for her flight at Davao International Airport, which had been postponed twice.
Tan stated that her original flight was scheduled at 2:25 p.m., but it was rescheduled for 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Her twice-delayed flight, however, turns out to be a blessing in disguise when she meets Pierre Bouvier.

“Our original flight was 2:25PM, it was moved twice 9PM then 8AM.. i told my husband ”Sayanag, wala gyud ta kita nila, same hotel ra unta” and then whattttt i got to talk to them while waiting in line sa Davao airport and I told them that I’ve been a fan since 2006, and their songs got me through alot of tough depressing times growing up. I cried and jumped so much during their concert, it was unbelievable that I got to see them live!! They were so humble, even lined up at the counters and didn’t demand special treatment even though they are legends, a part of the childhood of every 90’s kid.
Thank you Simple Plan, for your music and for being a part of my childhood. It was a dream come true to be able to talk to you even if it was just for a minute.
