Empoy Marquez: “Yun po talaga ‘yung dini-desire ko kay God talaga dahil …”
EMPOY MARQUEZ – The “Walang KaParis” star recently shared his thoughts about finding the right partner and having a family of his own.
The actor-comedian is the celebrity guest in Karen Davila’s latest vlog wherein he spoke about having his own family and finding the right partner. According to him, he is currently single.
Empoy told Karen Davila in an interview that he’s ready to have a family of his own. He also said that having children of his own is something that he hopes to achieve in the future.
The actor was asked if he’s already actively searching for the right partner.
“Siguro po masasabi ko diyan, hindi naman po,” the actor said. “Before po searching ako pero dun pa rin ako bumase kung sino ‘yung ipro-provide nung nasa itaas, ‘yung sa right timing po talaga.“
The comedian was also asked if he ever courted his “Walang KaParis” co-star, actress Alessandra de Rossi. In response, he said that he never did as he loves her “bilang kaibigan kasya syota”.
He also opened up about his humble beginnings.

According to him, he became the breadwinner of his family when his parents got separated and he juggled jobs growing up. When asked how he feels that he’s now a comedy star, he said that he can’t believe it.
“Yung mga nakaraang taon or buwan nung nagnilay-nilay ako, nagmumi-muni ba. Sabi ko ito pala ‘yung mga pinaghirapan ko, something ganyan, pagka-naiisip ko, kailangan ko siyang alagaan at pahalagahan,” Empoy said.
