Andrea Brillantes to younger celebrities: “Your time will come. You have to believe in God’s timing.”
ANDREA BRILLANTES – The Kapamilya actress recently shared some words of advice for younger celebrities and also shared how to handle bashers online.
Andrea and her boyfriend Ricci Rivero attended the first ever Star Magic Prom held in Bellevue hotel in Alabang last March 30. The two were given the “Most Creative Promposal” and “Best Promposal” awards during the said event.
The actress was asked to prepare some words of advice for younger celebrities during the presentation of Star Magic’s junior class this year.
Andrea started her speech by giving tips on how to handle their bashers online since it’s a main concern for artists like her. She shared that she genuinely cares for them as Star Magic artists.

According to her, there will always be bashers and they can’t please everyone. The actress went on to tell younger celebrities not to mind their bashers and said that bashers don’t matter to them.
“You know what matters? Yung kung paano kayo bilang tao, paano ba kayo bilang artista,” Andrea said.
The actress also shared the importance of not being impatient when it comes to career growth in the showbiz industry.
Andrea then told younger celebrities that their time will come and they have to believe in God’s timing, adding that only God can really tell them what they deserve. According to her, she had to work hard for 10 years in order for her to buy a house for her family.
“Alam niyo, huwag kayo masyado magpadala sa pressure. Kasi andito tayo dahil may pangarap tayo. Hindi ito pabilisan. Hindi para malaman kung sino mas mabilis sisikat. Andito tayo kasi may goal tayong lahat di ba?” she said.
