Baby found in an abandoned multicab in the city of Cebu
BABY IN ABANDONED MULICAB – Authorities in Cebu City are currently on the hunt for the individuals who left an innocent three-month-old baby girl in a deserted vehicle in Barangay Labangon.
On the evening of March 12th, police confirmed the infant’s discovery inside a multicab in Sitio Capucolan, Barangay Labangon. The Department of Social Welfare Services responded quickly, dispatching social workers to the scene, who transported the infant to the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) for a medical evaluation.
Fortunately, the examination revealed that the baby was in good health, and officials reported that she is now in the care of an orphanage in South Road Properties (SRP). However, the abandonment incident has sparked widespread concern and outrage in the community. As a result, the Punta Princesa Police Station (Station 10) has launched an extensive investigation to identify those responsible for abandoning the infant in the area.
