Why Sam Milby never guested on Toni Gonzaga’s show?
SAM MILBY – The actor explained in an interview why he never guested on Toni Gonzaga’s show.
Sam is a Filipino-American actor who went to the Philippines in 2005 to pursue a career in show business and modeling. He landed bit roles in some ads before obtaining a lead role in Close Up’s TV commercial with Barbie Almalbis.
Then, he joined the reality show, Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) which paved his way to be later recognized as one of the most popular celebrities in the country. His first major film debut was Close to You starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.
On the other hand, Toni, whose real name is Celestine Cruz Gonzaga-Soriano is a singer, entrepreneur, host, actress, producer, vlogger, and singer. She was the former lead host of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
She decided to step down as the main host of PBB after supporting President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s candidacy. At present, Toni Gonzaga hosts a talk show called “Toni” which premieres on ALLTV. She’s also hosting a talk show on the video-sharing platfrom, YouTube called “Toni Talks.”
A lot of showbiz personalities have been interviewed by Toni in her talk shows, however, Sam Milby has yet to be interviewed by the former Kapamilya host in any of her show. In an interview with the press, he explained why he never guested on Toni Gonzaga’s show.
According to Sam Milby, he had offers before but it did not happen. Sam revealed that the last time they talked to each other was when they worked together in the 2018 movie, Mary, Marry Me. In the same interview, he also expressed his gratitude to ABS-CBN. He also gave some updates about settling down with girlfriend Catriona Gray.
