Liza Soberano: “For the first time, I’m finally living my life for me”
LIZA SOBERANO – The actress recently spoke about her new career path as she reintroduced herself in her vlog.
Liza recently reintroduced herself as she released a 14-minute vlog titled “This is Me” on her YouTube channel.
The actress shared her thoughts and feelings about her career in showbiz and also revealed her reason for needing a change in trajectory in her vlog.
Liza shared that has embarked on a new chapter in her life where she can finally pursue the dreams she has hold-off and she can take control of herself. She even described it as “exciting”, “terrifying”, “anxiety-filled”, and “confusing”.
The actress also said that she knows and understands that it’s unfair to her supporters and fans, but she hopes they will understand that she’s being unfair to herself by “giving in to the pressure of doing what everybody else wants” for her.
“I’ve sacrificed my childhood, I’ve sacrificed my freedom, and I’ve sacrificed my happiness to present Liza Soberano to the world,” she said. “I think I’ve earned the right to finally be me, to finally be able to do things for me, as Hope Soberano.”
In the same video, she spoke about the things she has been working on lately.

Liza said that she wants to be more intentional about the brands she associates herself with, adding that she wants to make sure that the products she preaches for are actually products, companies, and brands she believes in.
She went on to thank her supporters and the brands she has worked with in the latter part of her vlog. According to her, she’s truly so grateful for everything she has, everything she has experienced in her life – both personally and professionally – and everything else that came with it.
As of this writing, Liza has 1.59 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and her “This is Me” vlog already has more than 816,000 video views.
