Kryz Uy: “As a content creator, that is like the worst thing that can possibly happen”
KRYZ UY – The content creator recently shared that she experienced a “content creator’s worst nightmare”.
Last February 22, 2023 when Kryz released a vlog where she shared the worst thing that could happen to a content creator like her who is creating content.
The content creator shared in her vlog that she was supposed to release a video about celebrating 4th wedding anniversary with her husband, but her SD card got corrupted and all of the footage of her 4th wedding anniversary are “all gone”.
“You exert so much effort into filming and, you know, looking for the angles and finding the best way to tell the story, and then when you get home, the files are corrupted,” Kryz said.
She also shared that she and her husband stayed up until the night of their anniversary trying to recover the files in her damaged SD card with all the different paid software but to no avail.
Kryz went on to share that she decided to do a storytime segment so that her viewers can sort of see what she and her husband did to celebrate.

Her vlog started with a Q&A with her husband and they talked about 4 years of being together.
In her vlog, she told her husband about Instagram’s “Memories” feature where she can see her posts from previous years.
According to her, she posted a video on her Instagram Stories last February 13, 2019 and told him that February 13 was “the day before we got married in the church”. To recall, Kryz and Slater tied the knot in a church wedding at Shangri-La Mactan in Cebu last February 2019.
They listed down the events that took place on the same day every year – starting off with February 13, 2020 when she was in Cebu while pregnant with Scottie; February 13, 2021 when she mentioned that Scottie was already with them; and February 13, 2022 when she remembered making cookies with Scottie.
Kryz and Slater also took a pottery class at Wabi Sabi in Manila where they made vases. She was able to show videos of herself and her husband during the pottery class which were airdropped to her by their pottery teacher.
The content creator also shared that she and her husband had an anniversary dinner at Le Gastro.
