Bianca posted a series of photos of her recent maternity shoot as she’s about to give birth to her first child.

On Thursday, she shared her insights about the first 2 months of pregnancy which she wrote as a letter to her future child. According to her, she started to feel pregnant around the 7th week and also felt unwell.

Bianca added that she was nauseous, felt useless, always crying, hungry, and peeing at that time. She also shared that she felt isolated sometimes, but talking to her friends about pregnancy is helping her cope.

The former actress went on to tell her baby that she wished she knew the right questions to ask early on so she could find a care provider she aligned with. She also wished that she was better at giving herself positive affirmations.

According to her, it wasn’t a topic that is openly discussed among friends before pregnancy and so it didn’t even cross her mind.

In a separate post on her social media account, Bianca shared her insights about the next 2 months of her pregnancy.

Bianca said in a letter to her future child that their NIPT results are “great”, but “waiting for it is nerve-racking”.  According to the former actress, she wished she started researching birth earlier.

I would like a water birth and was told I might have to be induced. I didn’t understand, nor did I think to ask, but this sparked the deep dive into birth education,” she wrote. “I asked others about their experiences, listened to podcasts and watched documentaries. Then I understood that I have nothing to fear and I am physiologically capable of birthing you naturally – given the right health circumstances.

She also said that every woman should be encouraged to birth the way they wanted without judgment or instilling fear as long as there are no complications to indicate otherwise.

Meanwhile, Bianca announced on her Instagram account that she will go offline before giving birth to her first child with her husband Ralph Wintle.
