Bianca shared the insights she will pass on to her future child about pregnancy and birth.

Bianca said in a letter to her future child that she was nauseous, felt useless, and always crying in the first two months of her pregnancy. She also said that she felt isolated sometimes, but talking to her friends about pregnancy is helping her cope at that time.

In the 3rd and 4th month of her pregnancy, she told her future child that their NIPT results are “great”, but “waiting for it is nerve-racking”. She also said that she wished she started researching birth earlier.

Sharing a series of photos of herself at home on her Instagram account, she told her future child that the 5th and 6th months of her pregnancy are the “golden months of energy and a cute little bump that is still easy to dress”. According to her, she’s able to do efficient work and also feels good in her body.

When she was 20 weeks pregnant at that time, she said that she and her husband switched to home birth plans with a midwife.

According to her, they “felt a little judgment and a little praise” as the environment, the support of a birth team in promoting natural hormone production with no medical intervention, being able to move around in labor, and try different positions in the comfort of their home are appealing to her.

It wasn’t easy convincing your dad at first but he was open and trusted me,” she said to her future child. “Once he learned about women birthing healthily at home and the benefits, he was convinced. We hope so hard that no emergencies arise. In case they do, we are prepared.

Prior to sharing her insights about pregnancy and birth, Bianca announced through a social media post that she will go offline before giving birth to her first child.
