Willie Revillame’s former dancer April Gustilo aka “Ms. Congratulations” defends the TV host
APRIL GUSTILO aka MS. CONGRATULATIONS – The former dancer of television host Willie Revillame defended him against bashers.
April, who rose to fame as “Ms. Congratulations”, became popular because of her greeting to winners of Revillame’s variety shows. Before giving them the prize, she usually shout “congratulations.”
She was only 18 years old when she became one of the dancers of Kuya Wil. However, in 2010, she decided to resign. But after some time she was able to comeback as one of the dancers of the television host.
According to April, the last time she talked to Willie Revillame was during his recent birthday celebration. In the past few days, Willie Revillame’s name had been the talk of the town.
It started following his furious remarks against the people he helped before. Because of his statements, he was accused of “nanunumbat.” Among those who were dragged in the issue is Cristy Fermin, Ogie Diaz and Gab Valenciano.
Although Willie has already apologized, he’s still receiving negative comments. This prompted April Gustilo aka “Ms. Congratulations” to defend him.
“Siguro huwag na lang niyang pansinin yung mga naninira sa kanya kasi hindi worth it yung mga ganyang eksena. Ipagpatuloy na lang niya ang pagtulong sa mga tao,” she said acccording to Manila Bulletin.
Meanwhile, Willie Revillame has yet to react on the allegations being thrown to him. Recently, Fermin revealed that she has already removed all of her belongings from the condominium unit given to her by the television host. She has returned the property as well.
