TikToker star Marcella Hill revealed she accidentally got married to her cousin
MARCELLA HILL – A TikTok star took to the video-sharing platform wherein she revealed that she accidentally got married to her cousin.
TikTok is an app used to create short music, lip-sync, dance, and talent videos of 3 to 15 seconds and short looping videos of 3 to 60 seconds. It has more than 1 billion users worldwide. TikTok serves as a platform where people can share updates about themselves including their love life.
Fans of a TikToker were surprised after the latter revealed that she got married to her cousin. According to her, she learned about it during her pregnancy. “So I’ve never told anyone publicly that I accidentally married my cousin,” the TikToker, who’s famous for her health advice, said.
The TikTok star stated that she was looking through their family tree to name their baby after their ancestor. “I was like, ‘Oh look, grandpa’s name, grandma’s name, great-grandma’s name, great-great-grandma’s name’,” she siad.
Her husband was next to her while he’s doing his won family search. Later, they realized that they have the same name of grandma and grandpa.
After the couple compared their family tree, they concluded that Hill’s grandfather and her husband’s grandmother were actually first cousins. This only mean that she and her husband were third cousins. Despite their discovery, their marriage is still going strong.

Meanwhile, in some states in the US including New York, cousins are allowed to tie the knot.
This is not the first time that as such happened. It was just last year when a model/TikToker went to the said platform wherein she revealed she got married to her stepbrother, a basketball trainer. Both are 22 years old.
