NADINE LUSTRE – Following the success of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) movie “Deleter”, the actress shared her plans for 2023.
To recall, Nadine won the “Best Actress” award at last year’s MMFF.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the actress shared that her plans for this year are to work more and not to break her stride. She remarked that she’s looking forward to doing more “out-of-the-box” projects.
“My plan for this year was to really grind and get back into circulation. I don’t want to break the stride,” she shared. “I don’t want to break the momentum. Baka mawala pa. So habang nandiyan na ‘yan, tutuloy-tuluyin ko na.”
The actress also highlighted that she wants to do more film genres as much as possible.

Nadine also shared that she never expected that “Deleter” would attain the kind of achievements the movie gained. According to her, she didn’t want to have any expectations but she felt pressured when other people were expecting her to win.
The actress also said that they didn’t initially plan to join the Metro Manila Film Festival.
According to a report, “Deleter” has been extended in selected cinemas even after the MMFF ended because of its popularity and demand.
The actress also remarked that she’s happy to be working and collaborating with Viva Films again. When asked if there will be a sequel for “Deleter”, she said that they can’t announce anything official yet.
In an interview with PUSH last December 2022, the actress shared that she prefers to work on movies in 2023.
