McCoy de Leon: “Sorry po pasensya na po sa inyong lahat”
MCCOY DE LEON – The actor recently took to social media to confirm that he and actress Elisse Joson have broken up.
To recall, the actor was accused of leaving his real-life partner for a girl named Mary Joy Santiago.
On Wednesday, the actor shared a series of posts on his Instagram Stories where he confirmed that he and his real-life partner have broken up. He started his social media post by issuing a public apology to his fans.
In the next series of posts, the actor clarified that there was no third party involved in their breakup and the convos that are spreading on social media are not true. He also said that it wasn’t his intention to hurt anyone or cheat and it came to the point where the problem was too heavy for him to give up.
“Sorry po pasensya na po sa inyong lahat,” he wrote. “Hindi po totoo yung mga convo na kumakalat, hindi po ako yun. Pasensya na po ulit.”
McCoy’s statement came hours after screen-captured photos of his alleged private messages with another woman, as well as a selfie showing him being affectionate with an alleged third party, circulated on social media platforms.
The actor didn’t specify the “problem” which he claimed to be the main reason that led to his separation from Elisse, with whom he has a daughter Felize.

McCoy and Elisse first met as housemates in the “Lucky 7” edition of “Pinoy Big Brother” last July 2016. After their months-long stay at the PBB house, the two exited the program and became a couple in real life.
However, Elisse confirmed last March 2018 that she and McCoy were going through a rough patch. The two broke up shortly after that.
It was last August 2020 when the two shared the first indication of a rekindled romance as they shared a photo of their dinner date on a yacht. McCoy and Elisse belatedly revealed that the two had gotten back together before the onset of the pandemic.
