Lara Quigaman: “This is 40”
LARA QUIGAMAN – The former beauty queen recently took to social media to mark her 40th birthday.
Lara is celebrating her 40th birthday on Tuesday, January 3, 2022.
On Tuesday, Lara posted a photo of herself to mark her 40th birthday and simply wrote “This is 40” in the caption of her social media post.
In a separate post, she shared that she’s not afraid or ashamed of growing older because “not everybody is given that privilege”. She also shared that she’s truly grateful, excited, and giddy even every year on her birthday.
“Sooooo happy to be 40,” she wrote. “I really am not afraid or ashamed of growing older, because not everybody is given that privilege… I am truly truly grateful, excited, giddy even every year on my birthday, knowing that each day is a gift. Thank you Lord for another year.”
Fans and celebrity friends of Lara Quigaman also greeted her in the comments section of her post – including Maxene Magalona, Samantha Bernardo, Kaye Abad, Dimples Romana, and Melissa Ricks.
Lara and Marco marked their 12th wedding anniversary last January 1, 2023.

Prior to this, Lara shared last January 1 that she and her family were supposed to flying to Cebu two days ago to celebrate her 40th birthday, to celebrate her and her husband Marco Alcaraz’s 12th wedding anniversary, and to welcome the New Year with her husband’s side of the family.
The former beauty queen, however, said that her sons Momo and Tobin contracted “Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease” and so they decided to cancel their plan.
