The comedian and YouTuber felt bad after being duped by people who do nothing but take advantage of others. The impersonator of Kris Aquino’s shared that what should have been a happy New Year’s celebration in Tagaytay turned into a nightmare due to an online booking scam.

In a lengthy post on the social networking site, Facebook, Krissy Achino revealed how they were scammed by “Martha Royal Estate”, an online booking site. According to the comedian, they used to book for a place every Christmas and New Year. They spent Christmas in her apartment and chose Tagaytay as location to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Last December 17, her sister found a place where they can stay at beginning December 31 until January 1. Her sister checked booking.com and saw “Martha Royal Estate.”

Based on the photos posted on their Facebook page, the place feature nice and clean rooms. Her sister tried to message them directly for easier and faster communication. They are responsive and accommodating to their questions.

In order to confirm their reservation, they asked for a 50% deposit. Their villa costs ten thousand pesos but if fully paid, they will get a P1K discount. They grabbed the deal and transferred P5K and another P4K to a certain “SHERYL FAJARDO” via Asia United Bank & Maya Bank.

On December 27, they messaged asking if they need water in their villa. They were told that they can order it in advance so her sister transfered P220 thru GCash. The following day, the place offered them if they would like to extend their stay until January 2.

They were offered half the villa’s price (P4K). They accepted the offer in order to make the most of their time together. However, after they made their final payment, the establishment did not contact them.
