Lolit Solis on Jennylyn Mercado “bad” meat issue: “How come na kung pangit na hitsura ng karne, kinuha at inuwi pa sa bahay saka nag reklamo”
JENNYLYN MERCADO ‘BAD’ MEAT ISSUE – Showbiz veteran Lolit Solis took to social media wherein she reacted to the “bad” meat post of the Kapuso actress.
It was just recently when Mercado took to the social media platform, Instagram wherein she called out the popular supermarket S&R after the meat she allegedly bought from them looked bad.
On Instagram Stories, the actress-vlogger posted a photo of meat she allegedly purchased from S&R. She confronted the supermarket directly about its meat by tagging it on its official Instagram account. She wrote: “quick question lang bago namin lutuin, safe parin ba kahit ganito itchura ng meat niyo???”
Her post had gone viral, earning reactions from the netizens. Among those who reacted is no less than showbiz veteran Lolit Solis.
In a lengthy post, Solis stated that it appears untrue because when shopping at the supermarket, one usually checks what he or she puts in the cart.
According to her, it is merely impossible that she did not check the condition of the meat while she was at the supermarket. “Dapat duon pa lang kung may reklamo ka ginawa mo na agad di ba”.
She’s wondering why the actress took it home first before posting her complaint. She noted that it’s difficult for placing such a big supermarket in a difficult situation. She stressed that it was unfair of the S&R. Lolit Solis claimed that “Puwede pa siyang ireklamo ng SnR dahil dito.”
