The Lensa app claimed to “make selfies look perfect” and to “make photos look spectacular” through the use of different styles and special effects. Portraits are transformed into digital artworks through the app’s “Magic Avatar” feature.

Chito was one of those who used the said app, but he wasn’t quite convinced after looking at the results.

Ay…bakit ganun? Parang di sulit yung binayad ko sa app?” he commented in jest.

He recently posted his results on his social media account and had his celebrity friends and social media followers laughing. Some joked that Chito might have purchased a “pirated” version of the said app, while some shared Chito’s humor.

In the comments section of his social media post, Gary Valenciano told Chito that he should try to use photos that aren’t cluttered. He also suggested that it’s best to use studio shots in order to get better results.

But this time, he included the photos of his wife Neri Naig – Miranda in his social media post. Netizens were all praising his wife’s beauty which still remained even through digital artwork.

In the comments, a concerned netizen told Chito about Lensa’s alleged involvement in art theft and also urged him to consider not supporting the app.
