To recall, GameBreak – Gaming Realm PH (formerly Gamebreak Philippines) reported last 2020 that content creators Mark Jayson Warnakulahewa — also known as “MG” — and Jonah Renz Jacob filed two separate libel cases against Nico David.

The two content creators decided to file two separate cases against Nico for his debunk videos about them titled “The Grand Makagago Debunk” and the “Jonahrenz Jacob Debunk”.

On Saturday, Nico posted a preview of a Court decision on his Facebook account and captioned “I guess this is goodbye…” It wasn’t clear at that time if the cases filed against him were dismissed or not.

On Sunday, Nico posted a video on his YouTube channel where he gave an update on the cases filed against him.

Nico David shared that he received a subpoena on his birthday back in 2020. According to him, both MG and Jonah filed two cases — cyber libel and unjust vexation — against him.

For him, it’s important to highlight the results of the cases, especially when content creators have a platform on social media.

Nico also shared that his first set of attorneys told him to pay for the acceptance fee again since two cases were being filed by two content creators.

He also said that Australian doctor and content creator Doc Adam paid the acceptance fee to the next lawyer he hired for him. The lawyer he’s referring to was BATASnatin, who represented him in the unjust vexation case at that time.

Nico went on to share a message for Jonah and MG, saying that they should move on with their lives.
