Official statement of Viva Artists Agency on Debbie Garcia and Barbie Imperial issue
VIVA ARTISTS AGENCY – The talent agency has issued a statement following the altercation between Debbie Garcia and Barbie Imperial.
Debbie and Barbie are currently making rounds online following their verbal and physical altercation.
Their altercation took place at Tipsy Pig Gastropub in Timog Avenue, Quezon City, early Friday morning, October 28.
After the incident, Debbie went to the police station in Kamuning, Quezon City wherein she filed a blotter report.
Presently, Barbie is facing three charges filed by the Vivamax star including slight physical injuries, grave oral defamation, and grave slander by deed.
Amid the controversy, Viva Artists Agency, the talent management arm managing the career of Debbie, has issued a statement in which it expressed its support to the actress.
In a statement, Viva said it does not condone any act of violence. It is also fully supporting Debbie in taking legal action against her “attacker.”
VAA believes that their talent was verbally and physically attacked by Barbie.
However, it is asking the public to refrain from spreading copies of the video recording of the incident.

Barbie, on the other hand, has yet to issue any statement regarding the incident.
Meanwhile, it can be recalled that Barbie was once jealous of Debbie while she was still dating actor Diego Loyzaga.
Diego and Debbie appeared in the Vivamax film “The Wife.”
It was in December 2021 when Diego and Barbie announced their split.
