Aljur Abrenica talks about his happiest and saddest Christmas
ALJUR ABRENICA – The actor revealed that one of the saddest Christmas he ever had was when he and Kylie Padilla got separated.
It was on December 2018 when Aljur and Kylie got married. In July last year, Kylie confirmed that they are breaking up.
The two agreed to a co-parenting setup for their sons Alas and Axl. Kylie’s father Sen. Robin Padilla even confirmed that they split up and the main reason was a “third party.”
AJ Raval, the daughter of action star Jeric Raval was accused as the third party in their breakup following their romantic photos that surfaced on social media. They were even spotted holding each other’s hands while walking at the mall.
Kylie clarified that AJ is not the reason behind their separation. The issue seemed to have ended following Kylie’s interview with Jessica Soho on KMJS after Aljur’s post that she’s the one who first cheated went viral. Eventually, Aljur deleted the post and apologized to Kylie.
In a sideline interview with showbiz insider, Morly Alinio, the hunk actor was asked what are his plans this coming Christmas. According to him, since his parents missed their grandchildren, they will have family gatherings.
He was also asked about the happiest celebration of Christmas. He said: “Too many to mention, halos lahat.”
When asked what is the saddest, he said: “Ohhh… pinakamalungkot, siyempre yung first Christmas na, na hindi ko kasama yung pamilya ko. Yung separation namin ni Kylie.”
When asked what gift he’s going to give to the mother of her sons, he said: “Commitment na I’ll always there for her and our kids. My attention, time, lagi akong nariyan para sa kanila whenever they need me and love.”
