Valerie Concepcion to her daughter: “I wish people can see you for the beautiful person that you are”
VALERIE CONCEPCION — The actress-host recently took to social media to share a message for her daughter Heather on her 18th birthday.
It was last October 25 when Heather Fiona, Valerie’s only daughter with a former non-showbiz boyfriend, celebrated her 18th birthday.
Valerie shared a photo with her daughter on her Instagram and also wrote a sweet message for her to mark her special day. In the caption, she said that she didn’t know what she did to deserve such a kind, sweet, and loving daughter.

She went on to tell her daughter that she’s grateful because she’s lucky and blessed to be her mother and to have her as her daughter.
“You have a beautiful soul and I wish people can see you for the beautiful person that you are. I hope you know how much I love you and how proud I am of you,” Valerie wrote in the caption of her social media post.
Valerie also posted a video on her Instagram account. In the said video, her daughter expressed gratitude to those who greeted her on her 18th birthday.
It was last June when Valerie shared her happiness after attending her daughter’s high school graduation from Miriam College in Quezon City. The actress single-handedly raised her daughter who has never met her biological father.
Valerie and her non-showbiz boyfriend Francis Sunga tied the knot in a wedding ceremony in Silang, Cavite last 2019. The two are currently living in separate countries, with Valerie working in the country and Francis based in Guam.
