SSS: “Ang deadline para sa Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) program ay muling in-extend”
SSS — The Social Security System announced that it has extended the deadline for compliance with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) to October 31, 2022.
Retirement pensioners living in other countries, total disability pensioners, and survivor pensioners — including dependent children (incapacitated or minor) and guardians — are required to comply with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners.
On the other hand, retirement pensioners living in the Philippines need not comply with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, the state-run private sector workers’ pension fund said that the deadline for compliance with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners has extended to October 31, 2022.
SSS also said that those who will not be able to comply with the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners by October 31, 2022 will have their pensions suspended starting January 1, 2023.

SSS requires pensioners to submit the Annual Confirmation of Pensioners for updates on their personal information and condition. ACOP Pensioners have to fill out a form and send it with a photo of themselves holding a newspaper with the current date.
Based on a report, ACOP pensioner’s reply form may be downloaded from the SSS website and accomplished forms may be sent to SSS branches or through email.
SSS also said that the following schedule will be followed for ACOP compliance starting Nov. 1, 2022:
Retirement pensioner living abroad | month of birth |
Total disability pensioner | month of birth |
Survivor pensioner | month of birth of deceased member |
Dependent (minor/incapacitated) including guardian | month of birth of member/deceased member |
