Vlogger Peejay Dela Cruz aka Otlum was caught via CCTV stealing cellphone
OTLUM PEEJAY DELA CRUZ – The vlogger was caught via CCTV footage stealing a cellphone.
The vlogger who rose to fame with his photos taken at Starbucks earlier this month is currently making rounds online.
This was after a netizen Josua Esquivel revealed that the vlogger stole his brother’s cellphone.
In the video, Otlum kept on denying that he stole the cellphone despite the fact he was caught by the CCTV.
Based on the CCTV footage, Otlum was trying to buy bread from the bakery when all of a sudden, he took the phone of the owner after the latter turned his back on him.
During their settlement at the barangay hall, Otlum kept on denying that he stole the item.
“Hindi ko ninakaw, una sa lahat nakalagay sa cellphone sa ibabaw ng estante,” he said. “Walang dumadampot nung cellphone so ibig sabihin walang may-ari kaya tinangay ko na ‘yung cellphone.”
Otlum thought no one owned the said cellphone so he took it.

When the victim discovered that Otlum had already sold the cellphone he had stolen, he became even more depressed.
Otlum, on the other hand, offered to return the money he got from selling the cellphone and the victim’s sim card.
In the end, the stubborn vlogger said that he didn’t do anything wrong.
The influencer also couldn’t stop raising his voice toward his victim.
“Wala akong pagkakamali doon, sino ba ang nag-iwan ng cellphone?” he asked.
